Duties: Responding to customer queries and services via Email and Chat Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer concerns Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Stay up to date on product features and specifications, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer enquiries Requirements: Speak, read & write Italian Salary: R2 5 000 CTC Working. hours: 6am 6pm (Mon- Sun) rotational Benefits: Medical insurance and group cover, which consists of death, disability and funeral cover.
