Insights Executive

Ready to turn data into powerful stories that drive real change? Were on the lookout for a curious, analytical and detail-oriented Insights Executive to join our growing team. In this role, youll play a key part in uncovering meaningful insights through Experience Management research and transforming them into actionable strategies that enhance client decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities : A good understanding of the fundamentals of XM/CX research Experience in data visualisation, consolidation, and presentation with recommendations Solid foundation in working with large datasets in Excel and performing basic descriptive analytics With the guidance of their line manager, be able to translate data into insights that address key client business questions as well as develop and implement appropriate reporting, tracking and analysis methods Ensure sound relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Monitor the progress of surveys Providing strategic guidance and insight to clients, whilst building knowledge on key and new research methodologies Proactively addressing client requests Face-to-face meetings with clients and client training Competencies : Professional presentation Time management Strategic Thinking/Insights Business Acumen Analytical thinking Attention to detail Customer insight & focus Relationship building/Networking Service delivery excellence Decision making Open & effective communication Problem-solving Process Orientation Adaptability Aptitude for technology and software Ability to work well under pressure and possess a high degree of resilience Requirements: 1-2 years of market research experience Holds a degree in economics, marketing, sociology, psychology, science, research, statistics, or business, preferably a post-graduate qualification Fluent in English (spoken and written) Proficient in Microsoft and Office tools; specifically, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word If youre passionate about understanding people, spotting trends, and using data to make an impact wed love to hear from you.
