Our client is seeking a highly experienced Head of Engineering and Projects to lead their multidisciplinary engineering and project execution teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term operational success. This executive-level role will oversee engineering strategy, project governance, and operational performance while cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the business. Engineering Degree or Diploma Postgraduate management and/or technical qualification (Preferred) Pr Eng registration (Preferred) Experience Required: 810 years of engineering-related experience 810 years of experience leading teams Minimum 8 years of project management or project execution experience Proven experience in the electrical power utility or related sectors At least 5 years senior management experience, including financial accountability Experience working with multinational suppliers and OEMs (advantageous)
