An established and reputable manufacturing and installation company within the timber roofing industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Operations Director to take full operational ownership of its business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, leadership, and strategic operations within a technical, construction, or manufacturing environment. : Tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (advantageous). Proven senior management experience (minimum 810 years) in manufacturing, timber structures, or construction. Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a track record of operational excellence. Sound financial and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills. Drivers license and willingness to travel to sites as required.
