Responsibilities: Lead and optimise day-to-day operations Oversee project delivery, quality assurance and technical performance Develop and implement operational strategies Guide technical teams Foster strong client relationships Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality management systems Education: BSc/ BEng in Civil Engineering 8 years experience in pavement engineering, rehabilitation design and road asset management Strong operational management or senior leadership experience Must be registered with ECSA as a PrEng
