Trained & Experienced Sales Representative and Technical Support Technician. Duties & Responsibilities: Product Sales Product Demonstration Creating & Harvesting New Clients Meeting Set Sales Targets Provide Client Technical Support - Telephonic, Email & In Person Provide Training to Clients and Internal Staff Site Visits & Installation Plan Layout Project Planning Installation of CCTV cameras, Access Control and Alarm Systems Configure all Brands of wired and Wireless Routers, Modems, Access Points, Network Adapters and etc. Installation and Configuration of DVRS and NVRS Trouble Shooting CCTV and Electronic issues Bug Sweeps Sales Reports Graphic Design Newsletter layout PC Test Fix and Updates Client Product Technical Support Engineer Products Product Testing and Fixing IT Technical Planning, Installation and Support Training on Products and Software Network support Application Support Hardware Support Website development and updates Create and Engineer Cameras from parts and/ modules Monitoring Access Control System Test and implement new systems, assist in upgrades and correct errors to maintain system after implementation. Provide first line support for all user trouble calls that span all computing tiers and networking, in person, e-mail and over the telephone, as appropriate, resolving majority of support requests on initial contact. Coordinate work to test, install and modify systems. Liaise with hardware vendors, software and application products, especially with regard to problem diagnosis and resolution. Technical research and recommendations to the company with regards to Information Technology. Coordinate with technical experts for handling problems requiring site visits/work and user support. Coordinate with suppliers for the deployment of new IT infrastructure of the company. Ensure completion of all goals and documentation of deliverables on project completion. Coordinate support with other IT groups for desktops, laptops and application software located at the remote sites. Install new hardware and software for end users and deliver basic training and orientation. Maintain inventory records for all IT equipment, supplies and accessories. Maintain registry records for PCs and Peripherals maintenance operations. Familiar with the deployment of CCTV and Biometric Access systems. Direct interaction with the clients and customers via Phone, email and in person. Deployment of Computers and printers in a network. Installation, Set up and Troubleshooting Desktops and Laptops. Operating system recovery and installation of the required software for the company. Installation of Money Products and Financial Applications like Western Union, Instant Cash, ARY, BCA, etc. Resolving the day-to-day IT related queries of the company. Commissioning and Trouble Shooting the Networking Issues (From KeyStone Jack to Patch Panel Side, Terminations, Dressing Cables and Lablings) Maintain all Records - stock records for parts that are damaged, new and used. Dealing With Calls in a highly Professional method. Able to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers and users. Handling complaints in a diplomatic way. Resolve the issues by phone calls and remotely connecting to end users PCs. Able to communicate complex IT issues to non-technical staff. Hardware And Application Support. Installation and Troubleshooting Desktop and Laptop Issues Sales of security the Computer accessories New Laptops and used Laptops new and Used Desktops and maintain the records Day by day of the Products. Claiming the Warranty form customer side to dealer side Responsible for taking purchase orders. Handle the task of explaining various computer products, conduct demonstrations and explain the benefits of products. Must Have: Possess Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills In Depth Knowledge of computer Products as well as the Industries. Ability to build good relationship with customers. Ability to handle multiple tasks. In Depth Knowledge of System Upgrade and Networking. Expertise and professionalism to handle and resolve client problems. Possess good presentation and negotiation skills. Analytical ability, hardworking, honest, regular and punctual Team player, self-motivated, self-directed and self-disciplined Ability to communicate and mix with people Required experience: Sales Experience CCTV, Electronics, Sales, Computers, Networking, IT, Graphic Design: 1 year Drivers Licence *Additional information: Fluent in English and Afrikaans Must Be Sales & Target driven Electronics Background and/or Experience Valid License & Own transport REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Fluent in English and Afrikaans CCTV Installation and Maintenance Knowledge and Experience Electronics Knowledge IP/ Network Camera & DVR Installation, Set Up & Maintenance Knowledge and Experience GPS Tracker Technology Knowledge Knowledge and Ability to Test, Maintain and Fix Electronic Equipment IT Knowledge to Maintain office IT Infrastructure Experience in the Security Sector Communication Skills Well Spoken Sales Experience Hard Worker Team Player Work within small teams Ambition to grow the company and grow within the company Willingness to Learn and apply newly learned skills and Techniques Driver's Licence
