Technical Handyman

· Perform necessary inspections and repairs of building, services and utilities and report any deviations as and when occurs to supervisor. · Ensure compliance to relevant health and safety standards. · Liaise with stores to ensure timeous ordering of relevant stock/spares in time for usage. · Ensure Planned and Unplanned Maintenance schedule is done and submitted on time. · Perform statutory inspections as and when required. · Prioritizing of daily planned task. · Willingness to go an extra mile at own accord as and when the business needs changes. · Becoming a strong team member to the existing complement of site handyman. · Not shifting the responsibility but taking initiative and ownership of team related shortcomings. · Matric certificate (Grade 12) or Relevant technical Qualification. · Minimum 2 years experience in Basic Plumbing. · Minimum 2 years experience in Basic Welding. · Minimum 2 years experience in Building Maintenance. · Computer literate - electronic maintenance system (Shopware).
