Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Financial Manager to support our finance department in maintaining smooth and accurate financial operations. What Youll Do Youll work closely with the Financial Manager to keep our accounts, budgets, and reports on track. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily accounting functions data entry, reconciliations, and record keeping. Supporting the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Processing invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments. Helping monitor cash flow and track departmental spending. Assisting with month-end and year-end closings. Liaising with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Maintaining organized financial records and assisting with audits. MARKET RELATED SALARY Additional Information A shuttle service is available between Tzaneen and Miami Canners every morning and afternoon. Requirements You hold a Diploma or Bachelors degree (B Com Accounting plus training contract completed with SAICA or SAIPA). You have 13 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role. Youre accurate, analytical, and organized , with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems). You communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively. Youre eager to grow your career in a dynamic and expanding business environment.
