What does this role bring you: Competitive salary aligned with experience and industry benchmarks Access to continuous learning, training and international best practice exposure Opportunities to lead impactful, high-sustainability projects A culture built on integrity, curiosity and future-thinking Education: Bachelors/ Masters in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy design modelling or sustainability focused projects Must be registered with ECSA as a PrEng or eligible to register Understanding of solar resource assessment, PV sizing and energy yield simulations Knowledge of rated power calculations, inverter selection and cable sizing Knowledge of IEC, IEEE and local grid connection standards Proficient in Helioscope, PV Assist, PVSyst, Digsilent Power Factory, AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
