Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will capture, analyse, and document business requirements, support software delivery, and facilitate change management, testing, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Define and document business functions, processes, and system requirements Liaise between end-users and IT for system analysis, design, testing, and maintenance Develop requirements for new systems or enhancements Plan and conduct process improvement initiatives Support project management, training, and mentoring Participate in testing, user acceptance, and quality assurance Requirements Qualifications: Engineering degree advantageous but not mandatory; other relevant degrees considered Diploma in Business Analysis or software development advantageous Experience: 4 years experience in business analysis, process analysis, and bespoke web or mobile projects Advanced Excel and MS Office; SQL advantageous FMCG or Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience advantageous Valid drivers license Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@mspstaffing.co.za.
