We are looking at a new Global HR Manager - with a focus on global recruitment, onboarding of staff and managing our Leadership Programme. This is a senior managerial position and requires someone with experience in these areas listed below. Group People & Leadership Programme Manager The Group People & Leadership Programme Manager is a group-level role responsible for: Coordinating and managing recruitment and onboarding for staff across all Group entities both commercial companies and our charity End-to-end management of our Global Leadership Programme that provides early-career professionals with a structured pathway into international development through meaningful, supported placements and leadership development. Strengthening people practices, candidate experience, and leadership capability across the Group This role will require working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure the Group attracts, develops, and supports high-quality people aligned with our values and mission. Requirements Experience in HR, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Experience designing or coordinating onboarding and induction programmes Experience supporting learning, leadership development, or training initiatives Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideally have experience managing graduate, internship, or leadership development programmes
