Job Description

Operations: Manage daily activities, oversee food prep, display, and merchandising, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health codes. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate deli team members. Inventory & Purchasing: Order supplies, manage stock levels, control food costs, rotate products, and minimize waste. Sales & Finance: Implement sales strategies, track profitability, manage budgets, analyze P&L, and develop promotions. Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and products. Food Safety: Enforce strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and company regulations. 10 Years experience in foodservice or deli management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety (HACCP, local health codes). Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and solve problems. Physical ability to stand long periods, lift heavy items, and work in refrigerated environments.
