A reputable company in the retail shopfitting industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership and organisational abilities to oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities: Manage project development from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals. Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and clients. Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance. Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members and subcontractors. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Grade 12. National Diploma in Project Management or equivalent experience. 58 years experience in project management within retail/shopfitting. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
