Design Engineer

The Design Engineer is responsible for complete design, including tooling, jigs and fixtures to improve productivity and safety within production environments. This includes identifying suitable applications, conceptualising and designing solutions, creating and maintaining BOMs, selecting appropriate materials, and producing manufacturing and installation drawings. Responsibilities extend to training production staff, compiling maintenance and calibration procedures, and investigating manufacturing problems to propose viable solutions.
