Invoicing/ Billing Manager - Bramley, JHB

We are seeking a highly skilled detailed-orientated Billing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the billing department of the organization. This involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies. The Billing Manager will also provide guidance and support to the billing team, oversee the implementation of billing policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients Manage a team of billing specialists and provide leadership and support as needed Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy and implement strategies to achieve these goals Review and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations Respond to billing inquiries and resolve billing issues as needed Prepare and present billing reports to senior management Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Billing Manager or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Basic understanding of collection practices and laws Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations Relevant training and/or certifications as a Billing Manager Salary Offer R 20 000 - R25 000 p.m. If you have a passion for accuracy and efficiency in billing processes and enjoy leading a team to success, we would love to hear from you.
