Kern doel van die pos: Effektiewe beheer en bestuur van werkswinkel om n volhoubare diens te lewer aan alle OVK Groep kliente met winsgewindheid. Minimum Vereistes: Graad 12; 4-5 jaar minimum ervaring in motor omgewing as werkswinkel bestuurder; Gekwalifiseerde diesel werktuigkundige; Geldige rybewys; Kennis van Toyota werkswinkel prosedures. Vaardighede: Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office); Goeie kommunikasie in Afrikaans en Engels; Onderhandelings vaardigheid; Onder druk kan funksioneer; Diagnosering vaardigheid; Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede. Verantwoordelikhede: Personeelbestuur; Finansiele Bestuur. Beheer en bestuur van administrasie; Mark aandeel groei; Bestuur en onderhoud van bates; Daaglikse vergaderings met personeel. Main purpose of the position: Effective workshop management and management to provide a sustainable service to all OVK Group clients with profitability. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12; 4-5 years minimum experience in motor environment as workshop manager; Qualified diesel mechanic; Valid drivers license; Knowledge of Toyota workshop processes. Skills : Computer literate (MS Office); Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English; Negotiation skills; Diagnostic skill; Good interpersonal skills. Responsibilities : Personnel management; Financial management; Control and management of administration; Market share growth; Management and maintenance of assets; Daily meetings with staff.
