Acuity Marketing seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Administrator/Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assist with recruitment efforts to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the management team Manage and maintain accurate records and databases Coordinate travel arrangements Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidate Providing support with job postings and advertisements perform other administrative and recruitment tasks as required Qualifications in Administration is an advantage, Human resource, or related field Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite What we offer: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and development
