Responsibilities: · You will report to and work closely with the Regional Head of the business as well as the restaurants support team. · Your responsibility is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the restaurants operational functions with the primary focus on Human Resource and Staff Management. Requirements: · At least 7 years experience in Human Resource Functions and Operational Management in a food retail environment. · Experience in Labour Relations. · A working understanding of restaurant operations and supply chain. · Hands-on approach, involved in every aspect of operations, especially in Human Resources and staff management, staff rostering, health and hygiene, training, ordering of stock and invoice capturing. · Eye for detail, consistency and high-quality food preparations. · Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food. · Customer management, ability to communicate with discretion, tact and diplomacy. · Stock management checks. Must be able to account for losses and wastage. · Exciting opportunity for growth.
