Actively seek out and identify potential new customers and business leads Engage with prospects to understand their specific challenges, needs and goals, recommending appropriate and value-driven solutions Manage the entire sales pipeline, including forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics as set by management Develop and maintain strong working relationships with distribution partners and management teams to support and align with business strategy Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and pricing developments to maintain a competitive edge Communicate up-to-date information on new products, services and opportunities to clients and internal teams Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple forums and departments Engage with and expand B2B and corporate relationship channels Identify and pursue new group business opportunities, both internally and externally Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills A relevant qualification and/or proven experience in Sales within the Financial Services sector Regulatory Examination 1 (RE1) and RE5 successfully completed 10 to 15 years of experience in a sales environment, including at least 3 years in a senior position focused on corporate and business-to-business (B2B) sales Strong knowledge of Health Insurance and the broader Financial Services industry Strategic understanding of channel distribution best practices within the Financial Services sector Established corporate and B2B relationships and an active opportunity network Tertiary qualification in Sales and/or demonstrated relevant experience in a sales leadership capacity Extensive understanding and experience in the B2B group health insurance sector Proven success in establishing and achieving sales targets across multiple sales channels within corporate and B2B environments Results-driven, passionate, and performance-oriented professional Recognised as a rainmaker, consistently generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
