Repairs Manager

Technical background or experience in repair and maintenance (automotive, solar or mechanical field). Diagnose, delegate and manage multiple repair jobs Oversee dailty operations of the repair department Manage repair schedules and workflow Ensure all work is completed to a high standard Liase with suppliers and ensure proper stock control Maintain records, communication and quality assurance Candidate Requirements: Valid Drivers License Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication with clients and technical staff Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach Knowledge of tools, parts and repair procedures
