HR & Payroll Executive

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced HR & Payroll Executive to join our team. Key responsibilities: Lead the HR strategy and support leadership with people-related insights Manage the full payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance Drive talent management, learning & development, and succession planning Support transformation through effective B-BBEE strategy implementation Build strong employee relations and help create an engaging company culture Oversee HR systems, payroll software, and Board reporting At least 8 years HR experience, including senior-level exposure Strong background in payroll management A relevant HR or Industrial Psychology degree Knowledge of South African labour law and best practice HR policies Experience using systems such as Sage and Eco-Time Someone who is energetic, solutions-driven, and detail-oriented
