We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. Further education in sales, marketing, or business will be an advantage. Minimum 35 years experience in senior sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
