Software Firmware Engineer

Our client within the defense & aerospace industry is currently looking for an experienced Software Firmware Engineer to join the team. Requirements: · Experience/Interest in Aerospace, Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Embedded Systems, Avionics, Aircraft or Aviation · Embedded Skillsets (e.g. Python, Git, C/C++ programming) · Version control and release management (Git) · Write and document software test procedures, test plans and results · Support avionics integration and subsystem testing · Develop software architecture from system-level requirements · Maintain & write low-level embedded drivers · Support desktop application development for ground systems Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@tumaini.co.za .
