Internal Sales - Trichardt

Our client based in SECUNDA is looking for an Internal Sales candidate for a fixed term contract of 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide product information and quotations to customers. Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination. Prepare and maintain sales reports, pricing lists, and customer databases. Follow up on quotations and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) required A Sales or Business qualification is advantageous. Proven experience in internal sales or customer service. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be criminally clear Must reside in Trichardt
