Junior Internal Sales Representative – Plastic Manufacturing (Edenvale)

A well-established plastic manufacturing company based in Edenvale is looking for a Junior Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage internal sales processes and assist customers with product inquiries Generate accurate invoices , sales orders, and quotations Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term customer relationships Handle high call volumes professionally and efficiently Liaise with production and dispatch to ensure smooth order fulfillment Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of internal sales experience Strong administrative skills with invoicing knowledge (preferably on Pastel/Sage) Excellent communication and customer care abilities Experience in the plastic industry will be a strong advantage Able to work under pressure and multitask effectively
