Responsibilities Responsible for accurately recording sales transactions using the POS system Efficiently handling cash and other forms of payment Performing general administrative tasks as required Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and helpful service Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate Fluent in Afrikaans and English Strong numeracy and computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work accurately and efficiently Passion for exceptional customer service Prior experience in retail or customer service Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not received feedback within one month of the closing date.
