Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Furniture Showroom

World Leader in State-of-the-Art Furniture & Décor Senior Sales & Interior Design Consultant (Full-time position, Cape Town) Our client, a renowned luxury furniture and décor showroom, is recruiting a Senior Sales & Interior Design Consultant Working under the supervision of the Store Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, from welcoming clients and presenting concepts (moodboards, quotes, 3D renderings) to designing tailor-made, high-end projects. The chosen candidate will benefit from intensive training in sales techniques, corporate processes, brand history, and product knowledge through our international in-house training center. Key Responsibilities Drive sales in a luxury retail environment. Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships (Architects, Interior Designers, Procurement Companies, VIP clients, etc.). Manage projects from concept to completion, including order follow-up with European suppliers. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree (BCom, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field). Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the luxury sector. Strong passion for exclusive furniture, décor, Highly motivated, customer-service oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator. Commercially driven with strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Proficient in MS 3D software knowledge is an advantage.
