Senior Natural / Adabas Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Natural/Adabas Developer to design, develop, and maintain critical applications. This role involves analysing user requirements, ensuring system stability, and mentoring junior team members, while delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Requirements: · 5 years experience in Natural/Adabas programming and systems design. · Strong background in system analysis, application development, and database integration. · Proven experience in troubleshooting complex application and system issues. · Exposure to user support, technical documentation, and project planning. · Proficiency in Natural programming and Adabas database. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Leadership and mentoring ability. · Adaptable, accountable, and able to work independently or in a team.
