Business Systems Engineer

Seeking a motivated Business Systems Engineer to join a fast-growing startup in the agriculture sector. You will analyze, design, and implement business systems, collaborating with engineers, business stakeholders, and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Solve system problems and support decision-making using appropriate tools Plan, develop, and implement new systems to enhance processes Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project goals are met Design and implement system integrations across platforms Translate data into reports and visuals to support data-driven decisions Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, UX/Graphic Design, BSc Science, or related field Understanding of system design and development (coursework or internships acceptable) Familiarity with Mendix, Excel, Power BI is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of supply chain concepts and business operations is advantageous Excellent communication and teamwork skills Enjoy working in nature/agricultural environments Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@mspstaffing.co.za.
