Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with airlines, freight forwarders, corporate clients, and travel agencies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: operators, lessors, handling agents, and airport authorities. - Develop go-to-market strategies tailored for customers in passenger charters, cargo charters, ACMI leasing. - Negotiate and execute contracts, ensuring profitable and compliant agreements. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic expansion. - Collaborate closely with existing customers on developing additional potential business opportunities. - Represent the company at aviation trade fairs, conferences, and networking events. We are seeking a driven and experienced business development officer in the logistics field. Our requirements: - Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships and contract management. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and make informed decisions. - A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a track record of success in achieving targets. - Deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning. - Fluency in English, Russian and Polish languages. -Ability and willingness to travel extensively. -A tertiary education in finance would be greatly advantageous.
