How you'll role As a Junior Invoicing Clerk , you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain team in Johannesburg South. Your role will focus on the efficient handling of invoicing, interbranch transfers, and stock management tasks. With a keen eye for detail and adherence to strict timelines, you'll ensure that all documentation is meticulously processed, helping to maintain seamless operations within the department. What you'll do Capture invoices on the system accurately and on time Manage interbranch transfers (IBTs) and stock verification Ensure load cons match picking slips and include Certificates of Analysis (COAs) Address invoicing and IBT inquiries with the Stock Controller Order stock from Durban for warehouse needs Ensure stationery availability and manage printing for dispatch Follow up with COD customers for payment before stock release Handle stock returns and Goods Receipt Vouchers (GRVs) when required Reconcile invoices using SAGE and manage monthly documents Serve collection customers and ensure smooth order processing Submit Supply Chain documents to Head Office via courier Request COAs from the lab per outbound order Perform filing and general administrative duties Assist with departmental overtime sheet submissions What you'll need Matric (essential) 2-5 years experience in invoicing, stock control, or supply chain administration Sage experience (advantageous) Intermediate Excel proficiency Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure
