Recruitment Consultant

I am looking for a consultant to join my well established small recruitment business on a freelance basis with a view to future ownership. Ideal person will be one with solid skills and experience in general recruitment (not specialist) where work/family balance is important. Full recruitment function with administration, business development, client liaison, candidate liaison, etc. Must have home office set up and preferably based in Johannesburg. Solid experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, flexibility, ability to work from home office. Trustworthy, honest and reliable. Ideally will bring in own client base.
