Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist services Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a locum or temporary physician role Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Advanced certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages

Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) Minimum 3 years of obstetric practice, with hospitalist experience preferred Current board certification in OB-GYN

Other Requirements: Active medical license in Virginia or the ability to obtain one BLS certification Willingness to travel if required Ability to work flexible hours based on hospital needs Compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
