Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Dunhill, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Companyโs products are sold in over 120 countries.
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Regulatory Department by managing the product registration process across global markets. This role involves coordinating documentation, tracking registration statuses, and ensuring timely submissions to meet compliance requirements.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the product registration process by obtaining and organizing required documentation, coordinating with Government Health Agencies and third-party suppliers as needed, and supplying completed documents to Clients internationally.
Ensure timely submission of registration documents to clients, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.
Monitor product availability against registration timelines for new items, prioritizing urgent requests.
Track and manage product launch schedules to ensure sufficient lead times for registration processes.
Maintain and organize the product registration share drive for easy access and collaboration.
Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings with the Clients and internal team members to review document availability and registration progress, including launch statuses.
Provide regular status updates to Sales Managers and external teams to keep everyone aligned on registration progress and ensure smooth product launches.
Maintain and update the registration tracker for each client and monitor status to ensure all necessary documents are accounted for.
Create and update detailed lists of country- and client-specific registration requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries and issues related to product registration.
Education/Experience:
BA/BS degree (preferably in Business, Project Management, or a related field) or equivalent relevant experience.
1+ year of regulatory or compliance experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or OTC
Required Skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail and focus on ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience working with APAC and / or LATAM a plus
