Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in McDonough, GA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer and coaching experience. Responsibilities include managing team members, driving business performance, fostering a positive environment, and executing KidStrong's vision and growth strategies. The role requires regular interaction with families, oversight of coaching staff performance, and ensuring operational efficiency to provide an outstanding experience for members.
