Inside Sales Representative (Milwaukee)

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on new customer acquisitions, and work with each individual customer to create customized solutions for their needs. Each day, you’ll have a pipeline of perspective clients who are looking for JME’s industry expertise, NO COLD CALLING required! This position also offered unlimited commission earnings!

Essential Requirements: Understand client needs and provide solutions and support Answer client questions and follow-up questions Work with sales team to help close sale opportunities Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Maintain a database of prospective client information using Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc. Work with clients through the entire sales process from quoting to closing process Meet weekly and daily metrics/KPIs as laid out by the Sales Manager Skills: High school degree or equivalent 1-year previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience, industrial sales preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with current and potential customers Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Benefits: 401(k) planning/ company match Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off

Pay: $55,000 base, plus commission
