Travel LPN - Rehab Facility

Seeking a long-term nurse proficient with g-tube, tracheotomy tube and ventilator for an adult patient. The client is alert oriented and able to communicate using an eye gazer augmentative and alternative communication device. There is a Hoyer lift in the home to safely assist in transfers due to the client's physical impairment.We'd love to find a nurse who can truly connect and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Medication administration per physician orders Physician ordered treatments for: Nutrition via a feeding tube Tracheostomy care Ventilation care Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) ~ Current, active Florida RN or LPN license ~ Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) ~ Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed) ~1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
