The Nurse Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensure compliance, and foster a strong work culture. Qualifications: BSN Degree required Must be a Registered Nurse with recent inpatient / acute care hospital experience (3+ year) Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years supervisory experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, schedules, accountability for patients and staffing results, ensuring compliance, etc. Active MA license ACLS & BLS Certified CRRN preferred or eligible to obtain within 1 year of hire Interested in hearing more?
