Our floor hosts a variety of patients, renal, neuro, cardiac, surgical and many more opportunities to enhance your skills. Applicants should have a current state RN. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shift. Provides direct patient care as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes. Responds to complaints about patient care and related services, and manages through established channels. Ensures staff have necessary equipment and supplies to provide safe, quality patient care. Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols. Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
