throughout the Chicagoland area.

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Oversee project documentation, change management, and cost control Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure quality and schedule performance Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and partners

What We’re Looking For: 5–10+ years of experience with a General Contractor Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or multi-family construction preferred Strong financial management and scheduling skills Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver successful projects Strong communication and leadership abilities
