Boeing Commercial Airplanes' 777 program is looking for a 777 ALIT Engineering Integration Senior Manager

to join the Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) in

Everett, Washington

. As a Senior Manager in the ALIT Integration Office, the manager will be part of the staff of the Chief Program Engineer.

This role will be responsible for leading major CPE initiatives, managing critical customer-facing projects and partnering with the SC&P leader as needed to address non-compliances and resolve certification issues. A typical candidate will be able to draw on their depth of experience from design and development activities/projects in a specific function and utilize it to successfully integrate and navigate across airplane challenges. The candidate will have engineering program management skills and experience with BCA Airplane Programs, Regulatory Administration and the FAA.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the production system and delivery center while growing cross airplane knowledge and experience across multiple engineering disciplines. Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Strong execution orientation and project management Lead completion of ALIT deliverables and integrating across engineering functions Configuration completeness, accuracy and integration of design at airplane level Develop and execute on people strategy (training, mentoring, coaching, skill management) Establish and implement Development Assurance protocols, including performance metrics Drive production stability efforts for engineering The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Everett, WA.

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science ~3+ years of experience in project management.

Experience with Regulatory Administration and Regulators. Experience in safety and risk management processes. Engineering processes knowledge.
