Quality Control Manager (Boynton Beach)

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance for a major renovation and new construction projects in Florida on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in construction quality control, particularly in water and wastewater treatment facilities. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, and maintaining detailed documentation aligned with client standards. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement. Adherence to safety and environmental protocols is essential.

Must Haves: 5–10 years of experience in construction quality control, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction standards and the Three Phase Quality Control Process (federal). Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities effectively, travel will be required Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
