A full-time, in-person Occupational Therapist position is available for a short-term substitute role in a K-12 school setting located in Everett, WA. This contract assignment covers a leave of absence, running from February through March, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments for students requiring occupational therapy services. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate therapy goals within the classroom. Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with school staff. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of students. Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license or certification valid in Washington State. Experience working within a school or educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and school staff. Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
