$100,000-$130,000 Base Salary Health / Dental / Vision 401k PTO Job Details Required Qualifications: 5+ years of construction accounting experience Demonstrated history of process improvement and problem recognition and resolution Proven leadership experience managing AR, AP, Payroll, or accounting teams Strong understanding of: Job costing and WIP Construction revenue recognition Multi-entity and multi-state accounting Substantial experience working in QuickBooks Online on a daily basis Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a multi-division or national construction environment Familiarity with construction accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, JobTread, Buildertrend, Dash, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required) Interested in hearing more?
