CoSupervisor role

shares daytoday program oversight, staff support, and operational leadership to ensure highquality, compliant, and compassionate care. What You'll Do

Provide leadership for daily program operations Ensure quality services that meet licensing, contract, and bestpractice standards Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate program staff Identify and support staff training needs Conduct case record reviews, case consultation, and occasional direct care Manage budget expenditures and support annual budget development Uphold agency policies, mission, values, and service standards Facilitate staff meetings and ensure strong team communication Support a safe and positive environment for clients and colleagues What You Need

Associate's degree

in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field 3+ years of experience

in social services or related field; experience with similar populations preferred Supervisory experience

preferred Bachelor's degree

in a related field preferred Valid driver's license & reliable transportation SAC-IT required; SAC or CSAC strongly preferred Strong verbal, written, and technology skills Ability to lead, coach, and model professionalism Benefits & Perks
