Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Local & travel allowed. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System. • 1 month gap required between for Staff at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Memorial Health System. Strong in Coronary Cath Lab and EP. Shift & schedule requirements: Open to a 26 week contract. Expectation is to stay until cases are completed, so some days may be 8 hours and other days may be 11 hours. Every 3rd weekend. On-Call Requirements 8-9 days a month, we try to keep call at 1 day a week and 1weekend a month. Holiday Requirements: 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday. 7 days maximum time off 2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required after submission Proof of identification required Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification RCIS
