Reporting directly to the COO, this executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term strategic growth. The GM serves as a key enterprise leader—evaluating operational health, shaping business priorities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and championing a culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences and fosters cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino operations, advanced financial and analytical expertise, and a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in executive communication, operational planning, and navigating a dynamic, service-driven environment.
