The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides nursing care based on individualized patient needs, performing both dependent and independent nursing functions in accordance with established standards and procedures. This role functions under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse. Position Highlights

Provide direct nursing care to patients

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Accurately document patient care

Collaborate with nursing and medical staff

Qualifications

Valid, unrestricted

LVN license

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass a background check
