Our client, a busy personal injury law firm in Jenkintown, PA has an immediate need for an experienced paralegal. Candidates should have at least 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Must be able to hit the ground running -- responsibilities include drafting and preparing interrogatories, summons, complaints, deposition and trial preparation, handling settlement documents, and E-filing.
