About the team. Farr Law Group’s trust and estate litigation team handles high-stakes disputes in undue influence and capacity claims, fiduciary misconduct, and contested administrations. These cases often involve significant assets and complex family dynamics. We build cases with disciplined fact development, thorough legal analysis, targeted discovery, and trial-ready strategy.

This associate will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of a case: strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and court appearances. This associate will receive regular feedback, take meaningful ownership of assignments, and grow quickly in a collaborative, high-expectation environment.

Experience required. -

Two to four years of litigation experience with demonstrated excellence in legal analysis and writing. - A demonstrated interest in building a trust and estate litigation practice. - Experience with core litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, and taking depositions. - Superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong academic performance in law school is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits. - Base salary is $150,000, $160,000, or $170,000 (for 2d, 3d, 4th year, respectively, with 1,500 billed hrs. expectation). - 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance. - 401(k) with 3% employer match. - Crystal Mountain seasons pass. - Performance bonuses up to $15,000 per quarter for associates whose collections exceed quarterly expectations.
